Which camera brands do you install?
We work with Tier 1 brands from the global market: Axis, Bosch, Hanwha, Uniview, and more. For administration and recording we use Intellicene as VMS. We recommend the brand based on usage, budget, and environment (corporate, urban, industrial).
Do you serve corporate and industrial clients?
Yes. Our portfolio covers corporate, industrial, and urban deployments. We have installed over 500 "Ojos de Águila" cameras across public spaces in Guayaquil, in addition to industrial plants and corporate offices.
Do you offer preventive and corrective maintenance?
Yes. We run scheduled preventive maintenance and on-demand corrective work. For high-altitude urban camera maintenance we operate our own bucket truck up to 14 m.
Can you integrate video analytics with existing CCTV?
Yes. We deploy advanced analytics (facial recognition, LPR/ANPR, people counting, suspicious motion detection) over new or existing infrastructure, integrating with the VMS without replacing cameras.
What is a VMS and when do I need one?
VMS stands for Video Management Software: the central platform that manages cameras, recording, operator access, and event rules. You need one when handling more than 16–32 cameras, multiple sites, or advanced analytics and integrations.
